Lisa Sampson, Director & Founder
I have spent over 15 years as a Virtual Assistant myself and know just how important they can be to a business. Gone are the days of an assistant just answering and fielding telephone calls, typing, and filing, nowadays requirements are much more complex and the role has completely evolved. I knew that by setting up my agency I would be able to offer clients everything they could need with the extra benefit of ongoing support.
Over the years, the services I offer have evolved and grown to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients. Initially, I started as a virtual assistance provider, offering administrative support and executive assistance to individuals and businesses. As the landscape of business evolved, I recognised the significance of offering a broader range of services to cater to the diverse needs of my clients. I became we, and today we are a team of ten.
We have yet again expanded our expertise and knowledge base to include consultancy services. Today, alongside our traditional virtual assistance services, we offer bespoke consultancy services to SMEs. We work closely with you, understand your needs, and provide customised solutions that are practical, innovative, and cost-effective. We can even provide the team to impliment those solutions. Our consultancy services encompass a wide range of areas, including strategy development, process improvement, market research, and business planning. Brittany's career was deeply rooted in the travel and tourism industry which unfortunately ended in 2020, but that simply inspired her to begin her new journey as a Virtual Assistant.
